What businesses can use Emerge?

Currently, Emerge is available for limited liability companies (LLCs) registered in New Zealand. To get started, you must be a registered director of the company with a New Zealand Business Number (NZBN).

What if my business has multiple directors?

Emerge allows multiple directors to easily join the account. One director initiates the process, and then other directors can be invited to join and complete their verification within the app.

Can I open more than one account with Emerge?

Yes, you can open multiple accounts within Emerge to better organise your finances, for free. For example, you could have separate accounts for different projects, client accounts, tax, savings, etc.

Can I move my business to Emerge?

Yes! Emerge can be used as your primary business account. While we're waiting on open banking regulation, our team will be happy to help you switch.

Can I give my employees access to Emerge?

Yes, you can invite team members to your Emerge account and assign them different access levels. They can be given their own cards with custom spending limits and access to view their transaction history.
