SquareOne is looking for a social media all-star to lead our content strategy. Your role will be focused on developing content that helps Kiwi kids learn everything they need to know to be great with money. We have some incredible ideas in the works but we want you to bring your own too!

You are a go-getter who lives and breathes social media. Whether you’re an aspiring influencer, someone who studied marketing and loves the social side, or just think you’d love to help teach kids what being great with money actually means, and are hungry to learn.

About the role

This role is yours to own. We need someone who isn’t afraid of being the face of our brand. Who loves kids and wants to engage with them. You will be working in a small team of marketers and creatives who want to make a difference for kids.

Your primary responsibilities will be social media and content but this role can be as broad as you want it to be over time. It’s a real opportunity to take a passion for social media and shape it into a fun, exciting and meaningful career. 

Day-to-day, you will…

• manage the production and distribution of social content
• take the lead across Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook channels
• be empowered to explore new and exciting ways to engage kids
• monitor, measure and improve social growth metrics
• Support the rest of the team across the whole marketing mix and beyond
